There are several types of e-commerce, including business-to-consumer (B2C), business-to-business (B2B), consumer-to-consumer (C2C), and consumer-to-business (C2B). B2C involves businesses selling directly to consumers, while B2B involves transactions between businesses.
Integrating e-commerce allowed us to extend our reach beyond the physical clinic, offering skincare products and booking services online. This digital expansion significantly increased our sales channels, providing clients with 24/7 access to our offerings and boosting overall revenue while enhancing customer convenience.
